Program and Project Management

Our approach to project/programme management is based upon PRINCE 2 Methodology and draws upon the Project Management Institute approach, but is very pragmatic and practical.

Our approach ensures that the project or programme is up and running as quickly as possible, supported by tools, techniques and materials, appropriate to the size and scale of the project or programme.

This approach enables the project manager to manage and monitor the project effectively. We identify  the hard and soft benefits for each project, or stream of the programme, and ensure that these are delivered.
